I am taking an A2 class and I can see that I am making good progress. The teacher (Yvonne) always comes to class well-prepared, and she explains things clearly. Our homework is corrected carefully with helpful comments. I also enjoy the small class size and the interactions with other students. Overall, a terrific course!

My learning experience at Vox Sprach Schule with Mr. Björn as my teacher has been extremely positive to date. Within a short timeframe, I have increased my knowledge towards new vocabulary and gained a good understanding of constructing the German grammar. As a result, I am more confident to communicate in public. Equally, I understand more of what I read and hear too. Mr. Björn is always very well prepared, organised and focused. His teaching style is methodical and presented with a lot of attention to detail. He provides me a wide range of solutions, “tips and tricks” to memorise new words, alternative words, and explains different ways on how to best apply them. He does a lot of repetition and provides a lot of examples in the class to make sure that I have thoroughly understood the syllables before moving on to the next lesson. Above all, he does extensive helpful notes which are customised and prepared simultaneously during each class. I receive these notes shortly after every class, and they help me to study at home. The atmosphere in the class is very friendly and comfortable. Although I was nervous at first, I am very relaxed with my learning experience and look forward to attend each class with much enthusiasm. Vox Sprach Schule is very well located and maintained to high standards. The administration team has been extremely helpful and flexible towards accommodating my requests in order to ensure my learning experience is productive. I sincerely appreciate, and thank Vox Sprach Schule for placing Mr. Björn as my German teacher as I gave progressed a lot under his guidance. I took a month long intensive B1 German course at VOX and it was the best experience I have had so far in my German learning! The class was small and personalised in a very convenient location in downtown Zurich. My teacher, Suzannah Higgs, was knowledgable, engaging and truly cared about my progression. I really noticed a difference in my level of comprehension and speech by the end of the course. I couldn't recommend it enough!

The learning concepts that I am occupying myself with are exactly what I had initially had in mind when I first started the course, and although we don't always work with the book, I'm always about to leave the classroom (or in this case, the Zoom meeting) feeling like I learned something new and understand it. What is your general impression of the course and teacher? -- As far as the course goes, it's been very low-key and fitted to my personal goals. When I have class with my teacher, I don't feel stressed or rushed, and I am allowed to take my time as I learn - and even so, I am still able to make quick progress and learn on a broad spectrum in an efficient time span. In addition to this, my teacher is very welcoming and understanding of what I want to achieve within the lessons. She adapts to my needs, explains what I don't quite understand in simple and helpful terms, and makes me feel comfortable even when I struggle or feel less confident in a certain topic or theme. I'm very satisfied with my teacher and couldn't have asked for a better instructor. Are you making your desired progress in the course? -- Absolutely. The objective of taking the program was so that I could practice my speaking, understand new language concepts, and practise my French while I had a learning gap within my former school. In the weeks I've studied with my teacher, I've learned plenty of new vocabulary, gotten the opportunity to train my speaking, and received feedback that will be incredibly helpful as I continue to learn the language; my goals are being actively achieved, and I'm being helped to feel more and more secure in French altogether. Would you like to continue studying with us? -- Because my goal was to refresh my French and give me a head start in preparation for a new school, I would not continue my studies with the program after finishing it. I've achieved what I wished to do and feel ready for that which lies ahead of me. Although, I would recommend it for anyone willing to either start learning a language or further their education.

I have had an excellent experience during my B2 German course with VOX. Yana is an incredible teacher, she is really encouraging and patient and my German has improved more than I ever could have hoped! Yana made sure that every lesson was tailored towards my needs and really went above and beyond in making sure I was always getting the most out of the course and our lessons - can't thank her enough!!

I have a very good experience with VOX Language School. They work in small groups, have an individual approach and competent teachers.
