Стоимость языкового курса всегда привязана к размеру группы и содержанию курса. Мы начинаем групповые курсы только с 2 студентами (максимум 5) и стремимся пройти один уровень в рамках одного курса.
Though the price is higher than many other schools, the smaller class sizes and high quality of teachers make it worth it! The course scheduling is flexible and fits my working schedule well. Each teacher is different but I have had only good experiences in my A2 and B1 courses. Teachers are happy to receive feedback to help you learn in the way that is best for you.
I initially selected VOX from among a handful of recommended language schools in Zurich because of its broad course offering. But I’ve stayed with VOX because of my incredible teacher, Isabelle. She took me from having absolutely zero knowledge of the German language to passing my A1 exam (which I needed as a condition of my visa to remain in Switzerland) in three months during our small group A1 course (which covered all of A1 and included supplementary test prep material). After completing this group course, I have continued taking individual lessons with Isabelle, completing A2, and am currently working through B1. I would highly recommend VOX, especially Isabelle – she is incredibly professional, has a very effective teaching method, and is patient but also knows when to push you ahead.
I’m very happy with VOX. I’ve completed my A2 and B1 German courses here, and I’m currently doing B2. I really like the way the classes are conducted. It’s not just about doing exercises in a book there’s a strong focus on conversation and discussing topics that interest the students. I’d especially like to mention Priska. I took some swiss-german courses with Silvan per Zoom. It was perfect, efficient, well organised. This school has very friendly teachers. Recommanded.
I took the A1 and A2 German classes at VOX and I quickly changed my perception from "I have to learn German" to "I want to learn German". It was a pleasure taking these classes. Alexander Lips is a great teacher, who makes German learning fun and interactive, always adapting to each student's needs. As a result, I passed the fide A2 test with a great score and will continue with B1 course at VOX with the same Alexander the great.
Vox school is in the complex well organized and offers both private lessons and small-group lessons. I liked also the possibility to attend the course online, that makes it even more flexible and gives you the possibility to attend the course from anywhere. I think that one of the advantages of the school is that the teachers are very well prepared. I am enjoying my German course with Larissa, she is very professional and she has very good teaching skills. I also appreciate that she prepares the class in advance and that she always prepare for me a summary of each lesson, that is very helpful for the learning process. In this course, you will progress from a basic to an independent user of German and you will be able to deal with most daily situations in German by the end of the course through our speaking-based method. Your experienced teacher will not only help you to improve your language skills, but also to develop strategies for tackling the different parts of the exam efficiently and accurately.
Our classes are very small (3-5 people). This small size means your teacher can adapt to you and any special requirements you may have. Just ask your teacher. This course will cover all parts of the exam: reading comprehension, listening comprehension, language elements (vocabulary and grammar), writing and, naturally, VOX’s specialty, speaking. Through repetition of exam-like exercises in class, working through the exam will be a breeze by the end.
